Enhanced Professional Athlete Course - Enhance Performance with Research-Backed Training


Service Description

Expected deliverables: This course is aimed at both individual professional athletes and teams from any one of a range of different sports and disciplines. The Peripheral component of the program is intended to be heavily tailored to provide the desired outcomes in consultation with the athletes or coaches. As such, listing each and every possible deliverable would be outside the scope of this basic outline. The Enhanced Professional Athlete Course is thus divided into a Core course component that provides a strong foundation of basic enhancements, and a Peripheral course component that addresses individual-, team-, sport- and discipline-specific enhancement needs. The core program delivers our typical but significant enhancements to basic overall sustained force production, basic impact force and impulse improvement, stability, breath control, internal pressure control, and spine and joint reinforcement. In addition to that, there is a comprehensive array of enhancements that can be added as the Peripheral component. These include but are not limited to: specific force production scenarios that may be required in grappling and certain contested sports such as in rugby; kicking impact force and impulse boosting; grip strength enhancement; racquet, bat and club swinging impact and impulse improvement; enhanced explosive strength and enhanced isometric loading training for specific movements such as sprint take-offs, jumps and lateral movements; and reinforcement of specific joints and body parts to reduce the chances of injury. Minimum 12 week course, 2 lessons per week, 1-2 hours per lesson. All participants must complete a basic theory course component and questionnaire online prior to attending the course.
